Electronic Entertainment Expo

Every year we look forward to the E3 Expo which is the premiere event for entertainment and gaming enthusiasts. E3 has been around since 1995 and today it stands for “Electronic Entertainment Expo”, thus E3. If a multimedia tech company has anything of interest to promote to the world this is the place to do it. E3 will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center which is where it is usually held. Expect to see a whole lot of new games and hardware to match. I expect the new Sony PS4 and Microsoft XBox One to be fully present. Wii perhaps, we shall see.

If you have been observing the latest trends it is clear that consoles are not just for gaming anymore and have not been for some time. They are expanding as entertainment and communication centers.

Over 208 event Exhibitors presenting new wares, it should be exciting. There should be some Educational Technology developments to watch out for too. I’ll be checking on that…
One of these days I am going to go. Maybe… 😀

Get Your Homework Done

How to Get Your Homework Done Fast: 17 Steps (with Pictures).

This is all good advice.. Step 4 is particularly helpful:

“Remove any sources of distraction. This means shutting off your cell phone, logging off your computer (unless you will need it for your homework), turning off the television and closing the door. Let your family know that you do not want to be disturbed while working so they can respect your privacy.”

Turning off all the electronics would be a tough one for a lot of people; myself included! My homework often involves the computer but that is another story. You can’t really think properly with all that noise, it’s true.

Go for a little walk first perhaps and then just walk up and hit the off button, you can do it!

I got a lot done this week, yet I am still behind. Hate to list exactly what at the moment. 😉 Keep plugging right?
